To see the Product Category list follow the below instruction.
Products > Categories
You can see the category list and lots of options. You can add a new category by clicking Add New Category button on top. It will redirect you to another page.
You can save the name, edit the permalink, select parent if needed, and also can select the icon. You can also set some SEO information. Then click Save.
If you want Edit a category click the Edit link from the list page action column three dot. It will redirect you to another page. You can also delete a category by clicking Delete Link.
