You can customize the Blog Page as you like. Follow Theme Options > Theme Settings. Here from the Blog tab click Blog Option, and the Blog Page styles field will appear.

Layout: Choose the blog layout from here. If you use this option then you will able to change three types of blog layouts ( Default Right Sidebar Layout).

Blog Column: Select your blog post column from here. If you use this option then you will able to select three types of blog column layout ( Default three Column ).

Read More Text Setting: Control read more text from here.

Read More Text: Set read more text here. If you use this option then you will able to set your own text.

Blog PerPage Number: Control the number of blogs to show on each page ( Default show 9 ).

Blog Pagination Position: Blog Pagination Position.

Blog Pagination Color: Blog Pagination color.

Blog Pagination Background Color: Blog Pagination background color.

Blog Pagination Active Color: Blog Pagination active color.

Blog Pagination Active Background Color: Blog Pagination active background color.

Blog Pagination Active Border Color: Blog Pagination active border color.
